a tour rider is a document that includes a set of rules that the client sets as criteria for a PERFORMANCE/show or event.

this includes all personal requests and demands either INDIVIDUAL comfort or technical FUNDAMENTALS to keep the show on the road.

each client will be a custom and FAMILIARISED to the rider document, this will cover all hospitality REQUIREMENTS.

a few may include:

food & drink

food & drinks breaks and dining schedules

personal items such as towels,ice,chargers,wifi

transportation details

hotel & ACCOMMODATION

individual room REQUIREMENTS

the rider will also include information about security staff,the appointed runner and various persons with access.

the details within each rider will reflect and determine the level of attention,duty of care and any ADDITIONAL PERSONAL touches.

failure to offer such small detail of request would give our client the reason to suspect other expectations have been missed or overlooked.

we communicate all issues and CONCERNS INTERNALLY and make sure all involved in the process is briefed ACCORDINGLY and instructions and itiniarys are upheld.
